I would like to take this opportunity to recognize one of your employees for excellent service, Dale. Dale works with my mother, at WP Kingston. Mother is a victim of dementia, as well as other physical limitations due to numerous strokes in 2002.

Dale is on top of his game… to the extent that he has brought to the nursing staff’s attention, more than once, when she is having difficulty breathing. At least two times she has had pneumonia and she is using a breathing machine now. Dale is a caring and compassionate, while he diligently works with my mother to encourage her and help improve her quality of life.
